Does the diner need a DesignMyNight account?
No. book_table holds the table in the diner's name without a DesignMyNight login. Your agent still needs an AgentWeb account.
How does the agent avoid a rejected booking?
It checks get_party_sizes, get_booking_types and get_time_slots before calling book_table. Asking for more people than the venue allows online is the most common rejection.
What does it cost?
Each completed action costs $0.05, paid from prepaid blocks of $25, $50 or $100 that never expire. Failed actions are refunded.
