FAQ

How credits work

One account, one credit balance. Your agent spends credits to complete tasks on real websites - sending, submitting, booking, buying - and every task returns a verified completion receipt. Credits work across every supported site, so LinkedIn outreach, tax filing, order tracking, and checkout all draw from the same balance.
One credit is one executed action - sending a message, submitting a form, placing an order step. Bigger jobs are just more actions: a job application is around 4 credits, filing your taxes around 25. Reading pages is free. AgentWeb shows the exact credit cost before every run, so the estimates on this page never surprise you.
On Pro and Max, yes. You enroll your card once with a device-bound passkey and set per-purchase and daily limits. Your agent can then pay for services, orders, and subscriptions directly from your connector - Claude Code, Codex, or any MCP tool - using a one-time card minted per purchase, so merchants never see your real card. Every payment comes with a receipt and verification. On Free, your agent cannot buy anything.
No. Credits pay for execution - the work of completing the task. Purchases are charged to your own enrolled card, within the limits you set. The two never mix.
Yes. AgentWeb shows the estimated credit cost before the run, and only nudges you about balance if the task would leave you low.
No. If AgentWeb fails to complete a task, the retry is on us. You are only billed for work that verifiably completes. If you expand the scope mid-task, the added work gets a fresh estimate first.
Annual plans are 30% off the monthly rate - Pro drops from $50 to $35 a month, Max from $200 to $140 - billed once per year. Credits still refresh monthly.
If a task needs more credits than you have, you are prompted to top up before the run starts. Nothing runs, and nothing is charged, without enough balance.
Checkout is created server-side from approved plan choices, validated credit quantities, the authenticated customer, and payment eligibility - the pricing page itself never handles payment identifiers.
