How much does AgentWeb cost?
AgentWeb has two plans and a pay-as-you-go option. Starter is $500 per month, or $350 per month billed annually, and includes 25,000 actions per month. Enterprise is custom, starting at 5 seats, with an SLA and dedicated support. Pay as you go is $0.05 per action, funded with credit blocks from $25 that never expire; it is single-seat and works over MCP and the REST API. The 14-day free trial of Starter starts at checkout: a card is required and is first charged when the trial ends. Only work that verifiably completes is billed.
Can I try AgentWeb for free?
Yes. The 14-day free trial of the Starter plan starts at Starter checkout - 25,000 actions, agent payments, the full action index. A card is required to start the trial: nothing is charged for 14 days, the $500 monthly subscription begins automatically on day 15, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
What counts as one action?
One action is one executed step on a website: sending a message, submitting a form, placing an order step. Bigger jobs are just more actions, and reading pages is free. Your dashboard meters actions as credits, roughly 1 credit per completed action. Your balance is always visible in the dashboard, per-session receipts are on the Credits page, and you are warned when running low.
Can my agent pay for things?
Yes. Your agent can place and pay for orders, cover subscriptions and invoices, book paid services, and complete checkouts on real websites. You enroll a card once with a device-bound passkey, then set per-purchase and daily limits. Each purchase uses a one-time card minted for that transaction, so merchants never see your real card, and every payment returns a receipt. Purchases are charged to your enrolled card, never to your action balance.
Does AgentWeb charge for failed tasks?
No. If AgentWeb fails to complete a task, the retry is on us and nothing is billed. You are only charged for work that verifiably completes, and every completed task returns a receipt you can audit.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is 30% off: Starter drops from $500 to $350 a month, billed once per year, with the full year of included actions granted upfront.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
Enterprise starts at 5 seats and adds a performance SLA, custom action maps for private software, advanced usage insights, and dedicated support with migration help. A SOC 2 audit is in progress. Pricing is custom: book a demo and we will scope it to your workload.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 14 days your card is charged and the Starter subscription begins; unused trial actions are replaced by the plan's monthly 25,000. Cancel before day 15 and nothing is charged: agent work pauses, but your account, connections, and history are kept, so subscribing later picks up exactly where you left off.
