# Can an AI agent find the people who work at a company on LinkedIn?

By Andrey Marey, Founder of AgentWeb · As of Oct 22, 2026

> **Short answer.** Yes. AgentWeb's `list_people_at_company` lists the people who work at a company, from the user's own LinkedIn session, with each person's name, headline, location, profile URL, profile URN and connection degree. That is exactly what the agent needs to choose between `start_conversation` (1st degree), `send_connection_request` and `send_inmail`.

## What it does

Lists people who work at a given company, paginated, 12 per page by default, with the size of the whole set on every row.

## What your agent needs

- `company_id`: from `search_companies_and_people` or `search_companies`.
- `start` for paging (0, 12, 24 and so on).

## What comes back

One row per person: name, headline, location, `profile_url`, `profile_urn`, `degree` and `total`.

## Using it safely

- To narrow by name or role, use `search_people_at_company`.
- Plan outreach in small, approved batches.

## Try it

```bash
curl -s https://mcp.agentweb.us/api/execute \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $AGENTWEB_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -H "Idempotency-Key: linkedin-list_people_at_company-1" \
  -d '{"domain":"linkedin.com","action":"list_people_at_company","params":{"company_id":"<from search_companies>","start":0}}'
```

Parameter names shown are illustrative. Your agent gets the exact schema for every action from AgentWeb's `list_actions` tool.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can it filter by job title?

Use `search_people_at_company`, which adds keyword matching over names and headlines within the company.

### What does it cost?

Each completed action costs $0.05, paid from prepaid blocks of $25, $50 or $100 that never expire. Failed actions are refunded.

### Which AI tools can use it?

Any agent that speaks MCP or HTTP. Add `https://mcp.agentweb.us/mcp` as a remote MCP server in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex or Grok, or call the REST endpoint directly.
